A seamless unique piece created from a single united knit textile, intertwined within itself to create a 3D knitted 3D textile sculpture. Inspired from hand drawn illustrations, reinterpreted into a sculptural form, translated into a digital pattern and produced by advanced knit technology with sustainable yarns.

Capturing the astrological energy and depth of the water signs: Cancer, Scorpio and Pisces was the inspiration for the piece ‘Unseen Depths’.

Astrology signs as in semiotics, encompasses intentional or unintentional communication of meaning through various senses. Drawing on semiosis and illustrating my intuitive vision of the astrological signs, I make visible what is only energetically sensed.

Intuitively sensing the forms and shapes derived from the characteristic of each sign, I create illustrations transpiring into the intertwining forms of the soft sculpture, making unseen energies and the profound emotional complexity of the water signs tangible.
